Common questions
- How do I sign in? On the welcome screen, tap
“Sign in with Apple” or “Continue with Google.”
- How do I sync my steps? On Home or the Steps screen, tap
“Sync from Apple Health” and grant permission. You can change this anytime in
iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Health.
- How do I report or block someone? Press and hold any comment
to report it or block that member; blocking hides all of their posts and
comments from you.
- How do I delete my account and data? Email the address above,
or ask a group admin to remove your account from within the app. This deletes
your profile, logs, comments, reactions, and synced step data.
